By booking an appointment with MD Sports Massage Therapy you agree to the following T&C's:
Accessibility and Assistance
Your comfort and safety are always a priority. Reasonable adjustments can be made where possible, such as providing a ramp for access, lowering the massage couch, or adapting movements during an assessment.
However, please note that I am unable to provide physical assistance with mobility. This includes help with walking, getting on or off the couch, or dressing and undressing.
Clients must be able to move independently. If you require manual assistance, please attend your appointment with a suitable support person who can help you as needed. This person will need to remain present for the duration of your treatment.
Minors and Young Clients
Children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire appointment. If the parent or guardian needs to leave the room, the treatment will pause, and a hands-off approach will be maintained until they return.
Young people aged 17 to 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present for their first appointment only.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment for each appointment is due at the end of your session. Payments at a later date are not accepted.
If you fail to attend an appointment without prior contact, you will be invoiced for the full session fee, payable via bank transfer within three (3) days of receiving the invoice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (unless contact is made, i.e. for an emergency), or failure to pay for missed sessions, will result in all future bookings being cancelled.
Children During Appointments
Children are welcome in the treatment room if their parent or guardian is the person receiving treatment. However, they must remain seated and occupied at all times.
Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Children are not permitted to enter other areas of the property, use the toilet in the main house, or handle any equipment in the treatment room.
Professional Conduct
This is a professional service, and respectful conduct is expected at all times.
Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or actions — including those that are lewd, sexual, or that breach personal boundaries — will not be tolerated. The session will be ended immediately, and full payment will still be required.
